How do I place an order?
It’s as simple as adding to cart and hitting submit! Once that’s done, we’ll reach out to discuss the details.
How long does it take?
On average, it takes 3-5 working days to create an element or crateful. However, when needed, there is always a window for urgent requests depending on our availability. In addition, we do not charge a rush fee and do our best to accommodate time-sensitive orders.
Can I custom create a theme for the crateful?
Yes, a custom theme can be created based on the occasion and your requirements. We need a margin of 3-5 working days and a new design will be created as requested.
Do you deliver throughout the UAE?
Yes, we provide delivery across all seven Emirates.
What are delivery charges in the UAE?
We offer a competitive flat rate of 30 Dhs across the country.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, and Emirates NBD MePay. Please note that we require a 50% advance to be paid when placing the order as most of our items are custom orders, and the remainder upon delivery/completion.
Do you deliver globally?
Crateful Mom currently operates in three countries - the UAE, Pakistan, and USA. If you would like to place an order, you may contact our respective offices based on your location.
Can I choose my own designs for elements?
Yes, Cratefuls are completely customizable, and we aspire to recreate your vision. Please contact us directly if you would like a custom design for your elements.
Does each crateful have standard items, or can I pick and choose what will go in the crate?
We have an array of standard options available on the website for you to order. Alternatively, items can be substituted We have both options available. The ones on the website can also be recreated, and you are welcome to pick and choose the items you would like.
Can I add external items, such as certain chocolates or other things, to the crateful?
Yes, there are 2 ways to do this for any external items. 1, we leave space in the crate for you to add it in or 2, time dependent, we may procure the items for you.
Is there a standard crate size and shape?
The dimensions of the crate depend on the size and number of items, along with availability of stock. There are several visual references across the website, however, if you still require additional information or clarification, please feel free to reach out!
How do you assemble a crate?
All elements are arranged in the crate with great care and finished off with cellophane wrap and a decorative ribbon.
